Pour 60ml Averna amaro, 15ml lemon juice and 120ml ginger ale into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Recipe The Devil’s Mill à la Klaas Coulembier

Make a "coating" of absinth in a tumbler glass (spray or pour a little bit into the glass and turn it around, get rid of the rest, we only want a layer). Pour 45ml of Gouden Carolus Single Malt Whisky and 1 dash of Angostura bitters in a glass, with or without ice as you like it. Add 35ml Lucifer beer and shake briefly. No garnish needed.

Recipe Mai Tai à la Piet Swerts

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add 30ml of white rum, 30ml of brown rum, 10ml of Amaretto, 30ml of lemon juice, 30ml of sugar syrup and 10ml of Cointreau. Close the shaker and shake all the ingredients.
Pour into a long drink-glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and some fresh mint.

Immerse a sugar bell in Campari and put it in a wine glass. Rub the inside of the glass with a lime peel and add some drops of the lime. Fill the glass with chilled cava and garnish with a piece of lime peel in the cocktail.

Recipe Hugs on the beach (mocktail) (for 2 glasses) : Un piccolo momento di gioia à la Jan Huylebroeck

Mix half a cup of berry juice, a fourth cup of peach juice and 2 tablespoons of grenadine and divide the mix over 2 cocktail glasses. Put ice cubes in both glasses over the red mix. Fill the glasses very carefully with orange juice. When you pour the juice slowly, the coloured layers stay separated. Garnish with an orange wedge.
